Abstract
Aiming at a differential gear deceleration hoist exercise design, calculation process includes transmission ratio, geometric size calculation. The focus is on internal gear pair interference design, namely how to select a pair of gear modification coefficient. In the SolidWorks environment for the design of hoist for 3D modeling, virtual assembly to determine the overall program, generating the exploded view.Based on the SolidWorks software platform of the entire device of the virtual design and motion simulation analysis, the timely discovery of the defects in the design, design changes reflected in real time to the assembly model,to determine the final optimization scheme, verified the reliability of design.
