Abstract

The rich folk oral tradition continues to work factually and vividly in weddings and funerals,where it has been strengthening its vital powers and being succeeded for generations.I take a Yizu village in the Anining Valley,Shunuobaga village in Huilong country of Mianning County,as an example to try to analyze the tradition and changes of Yi people’s oral tradition by means of investigation and study of the bride's marriage songs.
