Abstract

Non-financial assets investment makes up a big proportion in western investment. Based on the practice of west and lifecycle theory, the paper puts forward several technical problems, discusses the non-financial assets investment portfolio, risk estimating and the investment portfolio problems. The research has significant guidance to investment practice.
