The Information System Design Based on the Dictionary Database

Based on the practice for the insurance business integrated MIS application software development project, the paper presents the database dictionary managing techniques with datadriven and building up the dictionary database, and the MIS design techniques with some universal tools by data--driven. Finally, the paper studies the MIS common object--oriented programming modeling, and gives an instance for the common interface generation.
