Application of Immunological Techniques in Mycotoxin Detection

China is the biggest country for feed production in the world.Feed safety is closely related to the development of animal husbandry.Mycotoxin contamination is a serious threat to the safety of feed and feed ingredients.Thus to develop the methods for detecting mycotoxin is critical for the prevention of mycotoxin contamination and the reduction toxin poisoning events.This paper reviews the nature and harm,as well as the progresses of immunological detection methods of mytoxin.The trends of methods for mycotoxin detection are also discussed.
