Abstract
The motor drive system is the core part of the mining truck. AC induction motor drive system is the dominated motor propulsion system for mining truck. The high performance of induction motor drive control system can effectively promote mining dump truck's dynamic, economic, security and reliability performance. This article is mainly focused on the control algorithm of induction motor drive system. Computer program written to provide traction characteristics mathematical model for induction motor based on Simulink environment for induction motor model, analyze current, flux and torque. Simulink software while using electric drive mining trucks induction motor rotor field oriented vector control algorithm(IFOC) and direct torque control algorithm(DTC) is modeled with a comparative analysis of the results showed that the results obtained in these studies provide theoretical and methodological support, can be applied to the design and production.
