Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of time-intensity curve to the clinical study on hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Thirty-two cases were examined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The peak intensity, enhancement rate and declined rate of hepatocellular carcinoma and parenchyma were calculated by time-intensity curve.Meanwhile the curve shape of peak time was observed by time-intensity curve. Results The declined rate of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver parenchyma were (3.20±1.46) dB/s,(0.41±0.07) dB/s,respectively.There was a statistic difference between them. But there was no statistic difference in the peak intensity and enhancement rate between hepatocellular carcinoma and liver parenchyma.Fourteen cases(43.75%) showed solo peak, and 18 cases (56.25%) showed double peaks. Conclusion The characteristic of hepatocellular carcinoma hemodynamics could be analyzed with time-intensity curve. It is valuable in clinical study and diagnosis.
