Abstract
Based on desulphurization of sintering flue gas in China and the conditions at a steel mill, the dense flow absorbers for sintering flue gas desulphurization(DFA-FGD) were designed for two sintering machines of 52 m2 and 68 m2.The parameters of sintering flue gas and the characteristics of DFA-FGD were discussed and the main factors affecting desulphurization efficiency were analyzed.By pilot experiment, the optimized parameters were obtained.
