On position of Fajia's thought in Chinese political and cultural tradition

Fajia's thought came into being during the period of Spring and Autumn and the War,and then flourished in the Qin Dynasty.A series of their political reform and governing with law reflected and conformed to the age request of the transition from separatist regime of princes to feudal centralization of power.The ruling class of successive dynasty since the Xihan Dynasty has cited law into Confucianism,integrated manners and law,and realized the merging of Confucianism and law.So the Confucianism,having been influenced by Fajia's thought,eventually became the orthodox thought and traditional culture of feudal society of our county,which is more than 2000 years.
