Abstract
Two major jury systems exist in the world nowadays. One typical form is the Anglo-America jury system, and another one is the Continental jury system. With the development of history, they come to form their own conducting regulations. There actually exists many disadvantages in Continental jury system, we ought to learn the reasonable ingredients from the western system and make ours perfect.
