Study of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and compliance of superficial bladder cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To study quality of life and compliance about comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with the superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period.Methods Forty patients with the superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group use of conventional superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period nursing;the observation group use in conventional superficial bladder cancer peri-operation period nursing basis,add comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Results The rate of health knowledge and health skills standards of the observation group higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P 0.05).Two weeks after the comprehensive nursing intervention.The mental function,social function,quality of life score of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The mental state and sleep quality of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The observation group were better compliance rate of 65% more than 30% that of the control group,with significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can meet the needs of health education of patients and inspire the confidence to overcome the disease of superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period and to improve subjective satisfaction and compliance of patients.
