Abstract
Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes(POSS),a new kind of organic-inorganic hybrid material,de-monstrates potential applications in contemporary materials science.The reaction creativity varies with different sub-stituents of POSS,so the preparation methods of POSS nanocomposites are abundent.Physical blend and chemical synthesis on recent progress in preparation of POSS-based nanocomposites are summarized,and the development of POSS-based nanocomposites is prospected.
