Assessment of Left Ventricular End-diastolic Pressure of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease by Echocardiography

Abstract

Objective: To explore the echocardiography in assessment of left ventricular end diastolic pressure the effect on elderly coronary heart disease.Method: 76 patients with coronary artery disease in our hospital from Nov.2008 to Aug.2011 were selected.By the echocardiography to measure the patients blood flow velocity of early diastolic mitral E-wave doppler tissue imaging early diastolic mitral annular velocity ratio(E / E '),then estimated the left ventricular end diastolic pressure as the experimental group data.Then use the traditional left-heart catheter to determine left ventricular end diastolic pressure LVEDP as control group data.Correlation analysis of ultrasound indicators of the experimental group and control group's LVEDP,and compared both groups trauma rate after inspection.Result: Experimental group E / E 'and the LVEDP in control group was highly positive correlation(r=0.8214,P=0.0002),regression equations showed LVEDP increased 1mmHG,the E / E' increased by an average of 0.4196,examination of the experimental group,trauma was 0,while the determination of left heart catheterization,the control group of trauma was 3.75%,the differences are significant,P0.05,There's statistically significant.Conclusion: By echocardiography assessing left ventricular diastolic pressure in elderly patients with coronary artery disease,the results are accurate,which can effectively prevent the trauma,with low price,it's worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
