Abstract
Toxicity of diesel oil against eggs of Panonychus citri and ovicidal action of diesel oil mixed with abamectin were determined in the lab.It was shown that,for the contact toxicity of diesel oil to eggs of Panonychus citri,the LC50 value was 2790.39 μg/mL.Besides,the ovicidal rate of two kinds of new type EC of abamectin-diesel oil combination were all above 90% treated with 1000,750 and 500 times diluted emulsion.Especially,the ovicidal rate of mixture at three concentration as above,which added neem oil,were as high as control pesticide of spirotetramat.So the new type EC of diesel oil mixed with abamectin had extensive application prospect in controlling pest mite.
