The 21st century is an era of intellectual economy,the intellectual property rights and its laws and regulations take roles in economic development of the society.Every country strengthens its protection of intellectual property rights;meanwhile,the abuse of intellectual property right becomes prominent.In order to prevent the abuse of intellectual property rights,there should be laws and regulations to restrict the realization of intellectual property rights,among which the antitrust law is a sharp sword to regulate the abuse of the right.
