Abstract

Curcumin is a plant root extract with many pharmacological actions confirmed by researches.Due to its high efficacy and safety,curcumin has attracted the attention of many researchers at home and abroad,especially for its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-tumor effects.This paper reviews the recent progress in the researches of the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of curcumin.
