Abstract

In view of the popular discussion of the human values, the author points out that human value should be defined as the comprehensive embodiment of the human personality and the subject himself, that is, the embodiment of the peculiar part and valuable part of human beings. Human provides the value of means for the society, but will not be degraded as any mean creature. This article defines human values as following three types: metaphysics value, practice value, value of freedom and consciousness.
