Abstract

University is an important base for Party construction.The Party construction among university students should be in accordance with the demands stated in the report of the 17th CPC National Congress towards Party construction in the new era,and it should be strengthened and improved in spirit of reform and innovation.Its continuous innovation involves scientific construction of Party branches among students,man-orientated construction of the teams of student Party members,and the characteristic ideological education for student Party members.
