Research on time effect and management system of coal and gas outburst

With the increase of mining depth and the increasing mechanization degree of coal mine,the threat of coal and gas outburst is increasingly outstanding.In order to study the mechanism and process of coal and gas outburst more clearly,the main influencing factors of coal and gas outburst were analyzed.The internal energy of gas was considered to be the main energy source of outburst and the internal energy of gas was determined by gas content.Through the analysis of the four stages of coal and gas outburst: inoculation,development,occurrence and redevelopment,decline,the time vector of coal and gas outburst development,the time vector of forecast and precaution,and the time vector of emergency response were established.The time effect of coal and gas outburst was analyzed and the management system of coal and gas outburst was established based on the analysis of time effect.
