As the starting points of Emperor Taizong's economic ideology are no abuse of consccipt ion,annual bumper grain havest and people's like in peace and happiness,Emperor Taizong attached impoctance to agriculture and ensured that farm worik would be done in the right season.He advocated practicing economy and theikt,primarily through reducing expenditure;and he stood for allowing posession of cereal by the people as potential grain reserves.Emperor Taizong's economic ideology helped to develop the social economy during the reign of Emperor Taizong.The issue of coins of the Tang Dynasty also affected the development of economy.Rulers of the Tang Dynasty did not recognized the great impact of coin on national economy and the people's Livlyood,so policies on coin were quite changeable,it was not until the middle of the Tang Dynasty that the macro_regulation of coin was adopted and thus the circulation scope of coin was expanded.
