Rural Land Circulation in Construction of Urbanization

The construction of urbanization provides broad space for rural land circulation,and the later pours energy into the former,which are related with each other. To make steady and balanced development of them,we must insistpeople first,and propel the rural land circulation based on sound and fast development of economy and continuously extensive requirement of urban population and labor force;recognize benefit differences between agricultural land and industrial land,and lead rural land to circulate correctly based on the protection of usufruct of peasants;then break the urban-rural dualism and promote development of urban and rural integration,advancing rural land circulation based on the promotion of the social status of peasants.
