Abstract
Objective To investigate the Tramadol and pethidine in the treatment of shivering effect of cesarean section. Methods Proposed cesarean section,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,aged 20-35 years old, weighing 54-86 kg,no full-term maternal heart and lung diseases,80 cases were randomly divided into group T(tramadol group) and the P group(pethidine group),two groups underwent epidural anesthesia,to remove the baby after the chills of group T patients given tramadol could venturi infusion at 1 mg/kg,P group was given pethidine 1 mg/kg on could venturi infusion, observed and recorded the time to stop shivering, shivering effect of treatment, patients with BP,HR,RR,SPO2 changes and adverse drug reactions. Results In the disappearance of shivering in patients after treatment the two groups were T group,37 cases(92.5%),P group,38 patients(95%),showed no significant difference,BP,HR,RR showed no significant difference(P0.05),but the onset time of P group(8.5±2.5) min than the T group(3.8±0.95) min slow,P group,8 patients SPO2 less than 95%,T was no SPO2 decreased, the two groups there was a significant difference(P0.05).The two groups no significant adverse reactions difference(P0.05).Conclusion Intravenous Tramadol and pethidine can effectively inhibit the shivering response in the cesarean section, but the onset time tramadol fast, less respiratory depression, cesarean section is more suitable for the treatment of shivering response.
