Abstract

By studying real time traffic data in depth,and applying it in traffic management and control system,the road network display system based on real time traffic data is empoldered,which can provide basis in assisting traffic administrator to make decision,increase the reaction time of road traffic command,has the effect of advance discovering and leading,meanwhile can provide real time information of road network for traffic parties,and provide road state information for present road navigation system.
