Abstract
It analyses the present state of the rural development in China,illustrates their private advantages of farmer,enterprise and government,the three factors of the rural development in overall development planning of urban and rural areas,puts forward the three ways of rural development under the cooperation of that three,which are ecological tourism,ecological industry and ecological agriculture,and solve the way to develop the rural areas through examples.
