Abstract
The quality of construction project not only relates to the economic benefits, also relates to the safety of human life. Because of this, on-site quality management of construction is particularly significant. Quality management is an important work that needs to carry out in entire construction phase, reasonable and effective management will maximize the reduction for project quality problems and the probability of accidents. Construction project without quality assurance has not use value, can not bring economic benefits. Therefore, the on-site quality management of construction is significant. The author will analyze the key points of on-site quality management, and provide reference for future construction quality management.
