Abstract
Objective To study the methods, efficacy and safety of treating dural arteriovenous fistula by embolization. Methods Adopting artery approach, intravenous approach, combined approach to treat 12 patients with DAVF according to indications. Results 10 patients obtained anatomy cure after embolization, and there were residual lesions in 2 patients's DSA,yet all patients obtained clinical cure. There were no recurrence and adverse reactions after embolization. Conclusion Strictly mastering indications, reasonably choosing operative approach and perfectly grasping embolization's skill could make interventional efficacy definite and safe.
