Rhododendron in Baili Dujuan Reserve in Guizhou Province and Its Application in Gardens

Rhododendron,one of the top 10 traditional flowers in china,was endowed with highly ornamental value and landscape value.In order to speed up the use of wild Rhododendron resources in Guizhou,this study investigated and researched Rhododendron grew in Baili Dujuan Reserve in Guizhou Province.Through the investigation,it was found that there were 33 kinds of Rhododendron in the protected region.At the same time,through the investigation on the size of the Rhododendron leaves,corolla,the size of the flowers,anthotaxy,the flower color and flowering duration,the study outlined the landscape application of the Rhododendron and the existing problems.
