Abstract

It is of great significance to do a research on the different status and relationship of the stakeholders in tourism together with the different interest demands when it comes to the issue of accelerating the development of tourism in ethnic minority regions.This paper applies the stakeholder theory to analyze the stakeholders such as the government,the community,the tourists and the tourism enterprises to discuss the role and function of the stakeholders in tourism,and attempts to put forward the mathematic model of the effect by the interest demands of the stakeholders.
