Evaluation System of High-Tech Industry Investment Environment

Abstract

The paper,by systematically analyzing the features of the High-Tech industry investment environment,deals with factors affecting the development of the High-Tech industry,which can be mainly generalized by 6 criteria.Then an evaluation system of the High-Tech industry investment environment is built using Analytic Hierarch Process and testified by a research on 5 cities in China.The findings prove that the evaluation system is consistent with the actual condition and has great significance in improving the High-Tech industry investment environment and accelerating the development of the High-Tech industry.
