Abstract
Nowadays many scholars are doubting about the viewpoint that natural resources only have utility but no value by logically reasoning with Marx' theory of Labour Value. But it can't be dealt with so simply. Marx' theory that natural resources have no value has its hypotheses and limitations. The value of natural resources can be revealed from three aspects: value decision, value expression and value formation, and it is important to human's practice to recognize the value of natural resources.
