Realization of State-owned Enterprise Ownership:A Legal and Economic Perspective

For the exercise of ownership of state-owned enterprises,traditional theories on civil law focus more on the static configuration and the associated view of organizational settings.However,this is an important entry point but not the only entry point.From the legal perspective,business ownership refers to the owner's rights to control its own business and enjoy its benefits.According to China's economic and social development and the features of industry of state-owned enterprises,we should adopt a more flexible and viable classification reform approach,improve the power of state-owned enterprises in the allocation of ownership,and ensure national ownership of macroeconomic efficiency of state-owned enterprises and micro-effective implementation.
