Abstract
In this experiment, the cut flower of the Osmanthus fragrans were treated with the 100 nL·L-1,200 nL·L-1,300 nL·L-1 of 1-Methylcyclopropene(1-MCP).The results indicated that the shelf life of the cut flowers were prolonged by the pretreatment of 1-MCP.The reducing speed of carotenoid and anthocyanidin content were delayed. The cell protoplasmic mem-brane integrity were kept, the MDA accumulate were reduced. The reducing speed of the content of soluble sugar and the soluble protein, activities of POD and CAT were delayed. The effect of the 200 nL·L-1 was the best treatment, the next was the 100 nL·L-1.
