Abstract
The causes of polyspermy for mammal oocyte in vitro fertilization(IVF) are discussed. It is point out that polyspermy is the important reason influencing the efficiency of in vitro fertilization in various kinds of mammals. There is a greater incidence of polyspermy in porcine or human oocytes compared to that in other mammalian oocytes for IVF.It was verified that a lot of factors affect the incidence of mammal oocyte polyspermy,in cluding kytoplasm immature, zona abnormality, the higer concentration of capacitated sperm at the site of fertilization, insufficient supplementation in the fertilization medium, and other anomal-factors in the course of in vitro fertilization.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
