Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of CD45RA and CD45RO in the lesions of pityriasis rosea.Methods The expression of CD45RA and CD45RO in the lesions of 30 pityriasis rosea were detected with immunohistochemical method and 10 cases of healthy skin were as control.Results The expression of CD45RO in pityriasis rosea lesion was higher than in healthy skin,but in CD45RA there was no statistic difference between the pityriasis rosea lesions and controls.Conclusion The lymphocytes in pityriasis rosea dermis are mainly memory lymphocytes.The cellular immunity plays a main role in the disease.
