Abstract
With the development of reform and opening up,the economy of China shows higher speed growth.However,regional unbalanced has become an important influencing factor for the improvement and development of economy.Statistic analysis indicates that there are prominent regional differences between fixed investment and regional economic growth.Yet,the gap has gradually become much smaller.Empirical study further provides evidence for regional differences.It shows that the influences of fixed investment to economic growth in middle region are more obvious than that in eastern region as well as western one.This research is beneficial for grasping investment direction and formulating regional economic development strategy.
