Abstract
Objective To provide anatomic basis for living related liver transplantation and the left hepatic lobectomy.Methods The study was made on 40 adults cadaver liver specimens;The hepatic veins were exposed by resecting hepatic parenchyma on the diaphragmatic surface;Their terminal diameter and depths from the diaphragmatic surface were investigated.Results The length of the left hepatic vein was 3.03±1.1cm;The terminal diameter was 1.13±0.26cm;The depths of 1~3cm from the confluence of the left hepatic vein in the inferior vena cava were 1.15±0.49cm,1.6±0.59cm,1.91±0.64cm,respectively.The angle between the left hepatic vein and the falciform ligament was 30.29±12.33°.The length of the middle hepatic vein was 5.28±1.14cm;The terminal diameter was 1.05±0.25cm;The depths of 1~4cm from the confluence ofthe middle hepatic hepatic vein in the inferior vena cava were 1.78cm±0.51cm,2.78±0.68cm,3.71±0.69cm,4.16±0.71cm,respectively.The angle between the right hepatic vein and the falciform ligament was 45.08±10.15°.The length of the right hepatic vein was 4.67±1.29cm.The terminal diameter was 1.33±0.27cm.The depths of 1~4cm from the confluence of right hepatic vein in the inferior vena cava were 1.02±0.54cm,2.0±0.74,2.81±0.81cm,3.65±0.71cm,respectively.The length of the free parts for left,middle and right hepatic veins were 0.55±0.29cm,0.45±0.16cm and 0.54±0.25cm,respectively.Conclussion The course of the principal left,middle and right hepatic veins are oblique in the hepatic parenchyma.Their terminal parts are more superficial than original.The depths of the left and right hepatic vein apart from the diaphramatic surface is 1cm in their terminal parts,expose easily in the aspects of surgical operation,but hurt easily.The angle between the left and middle hepatic vein with hepatic falciform ligament are 30°and45°,respectively.The length of the free parts for the left,middle and right hepatic veins were 0.5cm,respectively.
