Abstract
The structure mentioned in this paper is consisted of thin retaining wall,anchored steel,foundation and filling soil and there is a complicated forced state inside the structure.Because of the request of drainage,a box culvert is set inside.In order to understand the mechanics feature of the box culvert inside this special structure,in this paper,the finite element method is applied to the 3D numerical calculation of the box culvert in a new type supporting structure of highway embankment and the changing regulation of settlement and the distribution regulation of inner stress are analyzed in the box culvert.
