Research on the Gold and Silver Wares of Yuan Dynasty Discovered on Silk Road of Grassland

Mongolian people establish their country and Yuan Dynasty. They also created Mongolia-yuan culture with strong regional and ethical characters based on the grassland culture. A large volume of cultural objects have been discovered including gold and silver wares.The records tell that the styles and patterns of gold and silver wares,though followed the previous grassland styles,accepted both China and Western culture and developed a unique style. It is part of the continuum of grassland ware development and contributes to the cultural communication between China and Western countries.
