Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical manifestation and surgical treatment for patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Method:28 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis received bilateral fenestration and laminectomy,analyze the clinical effect retrospectively.Result:67.9% of the patients had a excellent effect,17.9% of the patients had a fine effect,10.7% of the patients had an ordinary effect,3.6% of the patients had a poor effect.Conclusion: Bilateral fenestration and laminectomy is a effective therapy, besides,operating indication should be paied attention.
