Abstract

Institutions of higher education are bases which cultivate high-qulity personnel for the country.Whether a graduate can meet the need of the society or be received by the society is very important.It is the institutions' responsibility to match the edueation with social requirement and shorten students' trainning period. The purpose of strengthening college students' socialization education is making students become reconciled with the society,and becoming expected modern personnel.
