Abstract
The cellulose-producing Trichoderma viride stain was mutated with diethyl sulfate(DES) and microwave. The results showed that the filter paper activity(FPA) of the strain DES8,which was mutated by DES,was 27.67% higher than that of original strain. And the FPA of the strain WB8,which was microwave mutated strain of DES8,was 14.88% higher than that of DES8.Compared with the original strain,FPA of strain WB8 was improved by 46.67% and the CMCase activity of WB8 was improved by 42.37%.Further study indicated that the strain WB8 was genetic stable.
