Abstract
Objective: To probe the effect of clopidogrel on platelet biochemical indexes in patients with aspirin low biochemical responsiveness and its interventional mechanism. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients of essential hypertension took aspirin 100 mg/d more than 1 week.Then,41 cases of aspirin low biochemical responsiveness(ALR) were selected and randomly divided into clopidogrel group(n=21) and control one(n=20) two groups.Platelet aggregation rate(PAG) indueed with arachidonic acid(AA) and adenosine diphosphate(ADP) re-spectively as inducer, concentration of TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α were detected. Both group continued to take aspirin 100 mg/d,but clopidogrel 75 mg/d was given to patients in the clopidogrel group(21 cases).these indexes were detected again 5 days later. Results: In the control group,no change of the above biochemical indexes was observed(P 0.05).In clopidogrel group, all the above indexes were reduced significantly after adding clopidogrel(P 0.01).Except AA,the above indexes in clopidogrel group after adding clopidogrel were lower than those in control group respectively(P 0.05).Conclusion: Clopidogrel reduces ADP-induced PAG,concentration of plasma TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α in the ALR patients.
