Abstract
Based on MATLAB language, with Fraunhofer diffraction as the research object, spectral characteristics of round hole diffraction and single slit diffraction were numerically simulated, and the variation graph of light intensity and spectral characteristics graph of Fraunhofer single slot diffraction were numerically simulated through changing of slit width and the incident wave wavelength. This result provided that light intensity of round hole diffraction was more lower than light intensity graph of single slot diffraction in subprime grain, and the results of Fraunhofer diffraction and confirming the theory and experiment had the good experimental data. The results provide the theoretic reference for research on Fraunhofer diffraction.
