Abstract
As a new type of disinfectant- Chlorine dioxide (ClO_2) has been generally accepted . And the sodium chlorate process due to its cost is much cheaper than that of sodium chlorite process is concerned with great interest. In this paper, the basic experimental study of two kinds of sodium chlorate process technique proved that the sodium chlorate, hydrogen peroxide, and sulfuric acid technique shows outstanding superiority in conversion rate, purity of product etc. It posesses good economic and social benlfit.
