Research on Causes and Optimization Control of Enterprise Inventory Based on Supply Chain

Guided by the idea of a comprehensive enterprise inventory management,this paper compares the inventory cost,inventory control experience,the optimization of inventory system management with the results of previous studies,learns inventory management concepts and methods of advanced enterprises,takes large manufacturing enterprise as the core research object,analyzes the inventory management present situation,affecting factors and causes based on the research framework of supply chain integrating suppliers,manufacturers and franchisers,uses the supply chain system theory as research method,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of inventory control from the perspective of optimizing production management,integrating internal supply chain and inter- enterprise supply chain.
