Abstract
Objective To summarize the efficacy of FLAG regimen\[cytarabine(Ara-C)+fludarabine(Flud)+granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)\] in treatment of refractory acute leukemia(AL) in children. Methods Five cases, aged 5 to 13 years old, with refractory AL were treated by FLAG regimen:Flud 30 mg·m-2·d-1,d 2-6,Ara-C 2 g·m-2·d-1,d 2-6,G-CSF 5 μg·kg-1·d-1,d 1-6.Results Of 5 cases,2 cases obtained complete remission(CR),3 case had no myeloremission.Myelosuppression was main adverse reaction. Conclusion The FLAG regimen has good results in treating refractory AL in children with tolerable side effects.
