Abstract

The water resource shortage is one major problem that disturbs every country over the world.The government of Australia has explored and reformed in the field of water resource distribution and has achieved a lot of successful experiences.The law principle of water resource distribution of Australia is introduced and it is hopeful if it can provide reference of legislation for countries and areas who are facing problems of water resource shortage.
