Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical symptoms,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with lung cancer.Methods The 56 cases from our hospital of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with lung cancer were analysis.Results Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with lung cancer for men(78.6%),old age(mean age,69 years old),smokers(69.6%),TNM still based on stage to III-stage IV(76.7%).Conclusion Should be given more attention as early as possible with complete examination and diagnosis in order to reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
