Abstract
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Lvluohua. Methods : The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical compositions were separated and identified by GC/ MS.The relative contents in the oil were determined by area normalization method. Results : twenty-one compounds were gotten from Lvluohua. The compounds of its relative content that was more than 5% were as follows: Tetradecanoic acid(47.066%),1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, dibutyl ester(5.772%),9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)-,methyl ester(9.772%).Conclusion : twenty-seven chemical constituents was obtained firstly from this plant.Volatile oil by steam distillation from Lvluohua.was separated and ideutified up to 95.14 percent in component analysis.
