Abstract

The paper studies on high-tech industrial cluster firms,bases on high-tech industrial cluster's heterogeneity compared with traditional clusters,analyzes high-tech industrial cluster firms technology capability nature and feature.The paper also attempts to expands SECImodel to the study of high-tech industrial cluster,analyzes high-tech industrial cluster network innovation members' knowledge transformation creation process,investigates furtherly the intrinsic mechanism of cluster network members' knowledge integration accelerates firms technology capability growth.
